You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk78 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk78 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pk78 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
pk78 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with pk78's KYC process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
pk78 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in services. All transactions on pk78 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
Deposits are credited to your pk78 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. pk78 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which pk78 accepts no responsibility.
All funds deposited into your pk78 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. pk78 aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. pk78 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pk78 account. pk78 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
pk78 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) are specified in the individual promotion terms. pk78 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any pk78 content without the prior written consent of pk78.
Any unauthorized use of pk78's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk78 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk78 platform, including but not limited to:
pk78's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk78 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk78's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
pk78 reserves the right to retain account records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and data retention regulations.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising between you and pk78 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Manila.
pk78 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
pk78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk78 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the pk78 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
